This is overall a wonderful tutorial and very helpful. The organization was sometimes difficult to follow and some of the text was difficult to read, but the tips were very good. The only suggestion I can make is perhaps a request for expressions as well, maybe even as a separate tutorial. I haven't seen any other tutorials like this one by other artists on DA, but it's a wonderful idea. The way you deconstructed it into shapes as guidelines was very helpful and instructive. Arcanine, at least for me, is rather difficult to draw because all of the fluff makes feature placement rather difficult. Again, a really great tutorial! Excellent work!
Well, this is without doubt the best character study I've ever encountered in DA. It is explained thoroughly and the content is very extensive and precise. I'm not a fan of Pokemon but the way you deconstructed the character was interesting enough to get my attention. It was hard to Rate the deviation since the piece that would be rated is not intended to be a finished art piece but an instructive one, so dont pay attention to it. I would have liked it better with an original character, hence the rate in originality, but the way you explained it was pretty clear and fun. This is how character construction should be explained in published books. Excuse the ortographic mistakes, English is not my first lenguage.
you know! thanks to this tutorial i got to know you! it was one of the most happy things that life gave me! the oportunity to got to know you Elma! thankies
